Ajouter délicatement les noix, les dattes et la farine en dernier ; les clous de girofle et la cannelle.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Beurrer et fariner un moule à cake. Faire cuire la chamia au four, thermostat 6 pendant 30 à 45 minutes. Introduire un couteau dans le gâteau, s'il sort sec c'est que la chamia est à point.
